After several years in Big 4 audit firm (KPMG and EY), Thibault decided to move into the world of corporate finance. First at Limagrain, then as director of management control at Groupe Olympique Lyonnais, where he developed the management control function and worked on the financial structuring of new business projects.
At the beginning of 2022, he moved to a proptech company as CFO, where he consolidated the finance department, in particular with regard to financing, the creation of management control, the internalisation of accounting issues and strategic advice in a context of intensive growth. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong interest in project and business modelling.
As Financial Director at M2care, he helps our start-ups with their administrative and financial structuring, while also managing the investment fund’s finances.
Thibault is a graduate of ESC Clermont Business School, specialising in audit, finance and expertise.
